Telstar has bolstered its team with the three-year signing of 20-year-old midfielder Harrie Kuster from FC Twente, who will join the club until June 2029. The young player brings Eredivisie experience to IJmuiden.

Telstar Surprises with Signing of Kuster

Telstar has strengthened its squad by signing 20-year-old midfielder Harrie Kuster from FC Twente for a period until June 2029. The contract includes an option for one additional year, and Kuster brings Eredivisie experience to the club after playing for RKC Waalwijk last season.

Experience in the Top Division

Kuster has already gained experience in the highest division: he made his official debut for Twente against Heracles Almelo in 2024. Now it's time for him to develop and offer value at Telstar.

Peter Hofstede, of the club, is delighted with Kuster's arrival: "With Harrie, we are once again adding a talented young player to our squad. He has shown his qualities last season at RKC Waalwijk and demonstrated the abilities we seek. With his arrival, we are once again securing a player for the long term who can continue to develop and be valuable to the club.

With Kuster, Telstar can start the Eredivisie this week. NEC in Nijmegen is the first opponent of the season for the White Lions on Saturday at 16:30.
